Architectural Draftsperson/Designer (Rocky Mount, NC)

We will have an opening in our Rocky Mount NC office beginning in the month of July 2019. Candidate must be willing to relocate to Rocky Mount NC or surrounding area.

We are a drafting company that provides numerous Architects, Structural Engineers and Contractors with design, 3D modeling, BIMx, site studies, and complete drafting from Schematic to Construction Drawings, all tailored to meet each company’s specific drawing standards and requirements.

We specialize in Convenience Stores, Multi-Retail, Multi-Family Housing & high end residential work.

Candidate must be able to communicate effectively and professionally. Coordinate projects with team members and consultants for conflicts and discrepancies. Critical thinking skills are a must. Candidate must possess skills in technical documentation, detailing & code research. Experience in commercial construction design is preferred. The ability to work on multiple projects at the same time all with different client drafting standards. Working knowledge of Microsoft office programs is essential.

Pay is negotiable and based on experience, qualifications & proficiency of Archicad. AutoCAD experience will be considered.
