Headed staff of 20 personnel; was responsible for designand construction supervision of all government buildings--Notable:National Cultural Complex; OECS Bldg. Refurbishment; Historic Castries  Market  Preservation Proposal; several Schools;  assisted Physical Planning Section  in urban design plans and Master Plan for Central Castries.

1977-1982                        ARCHITECT/URBANDESIGNER/PROJECT MANAGER

Transportation Design Section, New York Dept. of City Planning Manhattan:

Formulated architectural/urban design concepts for renovation of old sub-way stations and developed guidelines for impact-area renewal/Master Plan;  monitored consultants and supervised staff .

Key Project: Concept for Transportation Center/Inter-Modal Terminal -Commercial Shopping Center at Queens Plaza Station in Queens.
