About the role

Arterra Interactive is looking for a motivated, experienced ArchiCAD Artist to help our core team in achieving top-quality Architectural 3D visualisations for our transformational projects. You will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge and skills in creating 3D digital models of buildings that technically meet the demands of our stakeholders.

To excel in this role, you must be self-motivated and innovative to explore ideas and concepts that further develop your modelling and design journey. Aside from your creative talent, you will work with like-minded, creative artists in your team so being passionate and team-oriented are essential to make you a great addition to our team.

Responsibilities

On a daily basis, you will be in charge of the following, but not limited to:

• Work closely with the 3D team on a variety of commercial and residential projects.
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of interpreting Architectural drawings and sketches.
• Produce 3D CAD models from supplied 2D documentation.
• Modify 3D CAD models to reflect design changes.
• Approach all work with a positive and can-do attitude.
• Support team members where possible.
• Work and engage closely with clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project directors/managers and the other creatives.
• Adhere to Arterra Interactive’s production pipelines to meet the client’s design requirements.
• Work within our existing pipeline and workflows.
• Meet project deadlines and deliverables.

Requirements

To be successful in these roles, you will need:

• 7+ years experience using ArchiCAD
• A good portfolio showcasing your ArchiCAD skills.
• Fluent in reading, and interpreting architectural drawings.
• Strong mid-level ArchiCAD Artist with lots of motivation and energy.
• Thorough and meticulous with an eye for detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
• Excellent in time management and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.
• Can-do, positive, and solution-driven mindset.
• Self-motivated and upskill beyond the current skill as needed.
• Experience in Revit / 3DSMax / Maya / After Effects is advantageous.
• Responsible, reliable, accountable, and good attendance history.
• You have a strong work ethic, team player, and are an active communicator.
