Freelance / Contract work for drafting +

I am looking for someone to provide part time contract work to complete construction documents for new single family residences, additions and remodels.  Experience and understanding of construction document requirements is a must.  There is the availability to work on DD and SD if desired.  Flexible hours.  I am located in Denver, CO but candidates can work from their home at any location.
