Planning. As Managing Principal, built our market niche as specialists in "vernacular mountain" architecture. (See our brochure on this topic at www.portfoliogroup.us). This niche originates from our deep interest in the traditional & historical context of our market area. And, from our historical influenced designs in the affluent estate-communities of Chicago's North Shore.

ARCHICAD. Have used ARCHICAD (MacIntosh) since 2012. Very proficient in AC modeling, BIMx, and image progress reports to clients. Have been a member of Eric Bobrow's AC Best Practices & Coaching since 2013. Eric has featured two of our projects in his YouTube video training. Marketing. Established and grew new firm serving Chicago's North Shore. Leveraging experience there, re-established and grew firm (for the 2nd time) in the Estes Park, Colorado area. Have been a member of Eric Bobrow's (with Enoch Sears & Richard Petrie) Architect Marketing Institute since 2014.
Overall. Combining the above, The Portfolio Group is know as the most sought after creator of Mountain Houses that embody the rich tradition of the Historic and Vernacular Mountain Architecture that surrounds us. We are famous for applying Rocky Mountain themes to the mountain house dreams of our clients to produce great living spaces, and outstanding financial returns for the owners and developers.

Business Graduate School with Concentrations in Marketing and Finance.

Experience
Project Team Manager for close to 100 Custom Mountain Home projects and two Office Buildings designed to resemble formerly prominent Summer Mountain Retreats.
Thoroughly involved in conceptual design, design development, and the production of construction documentation. Following design, project construction manager with financial responsibility to client-owners.
Also responsible for development of the 3D Model in ARCHICAD, delivery of progress images to client, and production of the BIMx.
Market Analyst and Market Planner for Technomic's Custom Consulting projects. Industry focus was in Electronics and High Technology clients.
