This is a unique opportunity for a qualified candidate to join our office and immediately contribute to the design of our impressive residential projects.
Project architect should have a minimum of 5+ years high-end "residential" experience.
Requirements for applicants:
The qualified candidate should be proficient with:
- Preparation of Schematic Design
- Design Development
- Construction Documents
- Bid Process
- Construction Administration and Site Observation
Software requirements:
ArchiCad experience is preferred
Revit / BIM proficiency is acceptable
Salary
Commensurate with experience
